Welcome to the first Online Public "Official Record of Claims and Disputes Center," or S3 (Spivey Settlement Station) - an online Official and Transparent Repository for all Unresolved Claims, Disputes, & Interactions with any Individual(s), Corporation(s), Organization(s), Government(s), and/or Legal Entity(ies) to include all of their Legal Representative(s). This Repository serves as an avenue to Uphold Accountability, Establish a Clear Public Record(s), and ensure All Action(s), including Communication(s) are conducted in Good Faith and with Clean Hands. S3 was developed in response to the lack of proper education, knowledge, and/or training received by today's Legal Representatives for MOST Corporations, Organizations, and Government Agencies within the U.S.

PURPOSE & LEGALITIES


To provide Actual and Constructive Notice of Claim(s) and Dispute(s) as required by Law.

To maintain an accurate and transparent Record of all Unresolved Matters for reference and Legal Purposes.

To encourage timely Resolution of Disputes in accordance with the Principles of Equity, Good Faith, and Lawful Conduct.

LAWFUL & LEGAL FOUNDATION


This Record of Claims and Disputes is maintained pursuant to:
 

  1. UCC 1-202 (Notice; Knowledge): Establishes the Lawful and Legal Validity of Public Notice.
     

  2. UCC 1-305 (Obligation of Good Faith): Ensures all actions are governed by Principles of Honesty and Fairness.
     

  3. Restatement (Second) of Contracts § 4: Recognizes the importance of maintaining transparency in Legal & Contractual matters.
     

  4. 5 U.S.C. § 552(a) (Public Access to Information): Supports PUBLIC Access to all the Record(s) and Notice(s) Issued.

IMPORTANT NOTICE


All Claim(s) / Dispute(s) listed herein are Open for Response and Resolution, and receive semi-weekly updates at this current time. Any Party(ies) seeking to rebut and/or challenge any listed claim(s), shall provide 'Evidence {   }' within the applicable period(s) of Estoppel and Laches, either defined by each corresponding document, or pursuant to the Law, should a Grace period not have been specified.

PLEASE NOTE: Failure to Act within ANY specified period (or minimum length of time required by Law when period not specified) shall result in a Default. Every "DEFAULT" shall be considered RESOLVED, and shall be documented as so, barring all future action(s) per Estoppel and Latches Doctrines including but not limited to any legal recourse(s) and/or claim(s) within the PUBLIC and Private.

In the interest of Transparency, Integrity, and Equity, the minimum amount of information provided regarding any claim(s) contained on this website shall include the following information and material but shall not be limited to:
 

  1. Any Active Claim(s) Currently Awaiting Resolution with MICHAEL MANUEL SPIVEY PRIVATE BANK [MMSPB].
     

  2. All Relevant Claim(s) Information Including, Not Limited To: ALL Name(s) of the every Individual(s), Person(s), Corporation(s), Organization(s), and/or Governmental Entity(ies) Involved, Contact Information and their Standing (Status) In the Claim(s).
     

  3. Historical Record(s) of Resolved Disputes, includes Outcome (if applicable). All Former, and "Open Period Cases" to include all Legacy Claim(s), shall be Recorded within the Spivey Legacy Center, and is accessible through your Member Portal Login.
